A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of serine, cysteine but not metalloproteases. 1X stock solution contains 500μM AEBSF.HCl, 150 nM aprotinin, 1μM E-64 and 1μM leupeptin hemisulfate.
