Three stranded stainless steel wires are each terminated with stainless steel suture pads as electrodes. The wires are individually insulated, can be different lengths, and extend below a threaded cylindrical molded plastic pedestal which accepts the captive collar of the 335 plug of the connector cable. The pedestal is secured with cranioplastic cement and mounting screws. The taller pedestal is typically used in applications involving large animals.
This electrode can be ordered with a hole through the suture pad - add "/H" to the part number.
A Polyester mesh option is also available if needed as an attachment to the electrode pedestal.
