Principle:
(L-lactate dehydrogenase)
(1) L-Lactic acid + NAD+ ↔ pyruvate + NADH + H+
(glutamate-pyruvate transaminase)
(2) Pyruvate + D-glutamate → D-alanine + 2-oxoglutarate
