Guides an Internal to the injection site and simultaneously directs electrodes to a pre-determined depth for sequential stimulation. The unit consists of a threaded cylindrical plastic pedestal molded around a piece of stainless steel tubing that extends below the pedestal. Two individually insulated wire electrodes are attached to the sides of the stainless steel tubing.
