Introduction:
Bundle includes DCX-700 Combo Cell that can accomodate Western Blotting or SDS PAGE with temperature control. Also fits ClearPAGE Precast Gels or glass plate dimensions of either 10cm x 10cm or 10cm x 9cm(h). DCX-700 includes molded lower reservoir, core, 2 freezer blocks, 2 blotting cassettes, and safety cover with attached power leads. Multiple Gel Casting Chamber Bundle includes: Multiple Gel Casting Chamber with lid, silicone gasket, stainless steel clamps, and a backfill port connecting to a central filling trough, 4 sets of glass plates, 4 sets of spacers (choice of 0.75mm, 1.0mm, or 1.5mm thicknesses), 4 combs (choice of 0.75mm, 1.0mm or 1.5mm thickness with 10 or 14 wells), and 6 casting clamps.
