The PrismPette Pipettor is designed exclusively to fit the 9mm spacing of the PrismStrips and a standard 96-well microtiter PCR† plate. The pipettor enhances reproducibility by accurately delivering sub-microliter volumes and facilitates loading 48- or 64-lane sequencing gels in six minutes or less.
PrismStrip tips are designed for rapid transfer of DNA samples from assay plates to sequencing gels. Tips are ideal for high throughput sequencing laboratories and the loading of ABI 373 and 377 Prism* Sequencing Systems. PrismStrips are disposable, which eliminates the risk of cross-over contamination, often associated with reusable units. The 8-strip format allows rapid sample delivery to 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4mm sequencing gels. Tip spacing is compatible with most square or shark tooth combs with microwell formats.
PrismStrip tips are for use with the PrismPette, 8-channel pipettor.
Tips are certified RNase-, DNase-free.
