Policy for Vendors Regarding Delayed Order
EQUL LTD requires that vendors honor delivery dates specified in any written contracts, including but not limited to quotations, emails, etc.. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the past due orders as delays result in a burden to our company. Because of this, payments for orders that do not meet specified delivery dates shall be withheld in the account of EQUL LTD, and if the order has been cancelled due to tardiness, any prepayments made by EQUL LTD towards the cancelled order shall be fully refunded.
